Background
While walking towards a neighborhood tea stall to pass the evening with friends, Mohmmad Kamal Hossain proposed Q. M. Hasan Al Banna the service-business idea of assisting organizations in protecting their Intellectual Property. That instigated Mr. Banna to check the proposal deeply and hence headed towards Chan-Tripti Hotel -an insignificant local restaurant at Tikkapara, Dhaka, offering Bangladeshi traditional food like singara, samucha, puri, halim, etc.
They promptly decided to arrange an informal meeting that same evening, where another potential future partner, Muhammad Mahboob-or Rashid, joined them. After discussing the pros and cons of the business to some extent, they decided to move forward.
Over the next couple of weeks, the three of us, along with another partner, T. M. Alif Karim, finalized the budget, company name, logo, website, and other essentials to launch our IP service business.
